Foot Mercato report this afternoon that Reims are interested in signing centre-back Mamadou Diarra, who last played for Giresunspor in Turkey.
The defender has been a free agent since leaving the club midway through April, and contact has been established between the two parties ahead of a potential transfer.
The 24-year-old has spent his entire professional career in Turkey, and is a former Senegal youth international. This season, he made 28 appearances in the top flight, scoring 1 goal. His former team currently sit in 15th place.
