Ligue 1 side Toulouse have announced the signing of 21-year-old midfielder Jean Victor Makengo on loan from OGC Nice with an option to buy.
The French youth international will hope to receive regular playing time with Les Violets and play in his natural midfield position rather than the fleeting appearances as a striker for Patrick Vieira’s OGC Nice in the 2018/19 campaign.
