Newly-promoted Reims have confirmed the signing of Korean striker Suk Hyun-Jun from Troyes.
The 27-year-old forward moves to the Stade August Delaune for a fee of €2.75m plus €4m in potential bonuses.
The South Korean international had interested fellow Ligue 1 side Angers for a large period of the summer window, but it was Reims who emerged successful in the race for the former Ajax youth product, who has secured the move after impressing last season for Troyes in Ligue 2, scoring 6 goals in 26 appearances.
Hyun-Jun becomes the sixth recruit in Reims’ planned summer of strengthening in preparation for Ligue 1, following the likes of Ghislian Konan, Thomas Fontaine, Tristan Dingomé, Alaixys Romao and Moussa Doumbia to the club.
