Following his spell on loan with Italian side Atalanta last term, Toulouse striker Aleksandar Pesic has completed a permanent move away from the club – to Serbian outfit Red Star Belgrade.
Pesic penned a three-year deal with the Europa League side, who paid around €750,000 to secure his services for the upcoming campaign.
The Serbian returns to his native country having made 65 appearances for TFC, but was believed to no longer be a part of Pascal Dupraz’s plans.
Pesic said, “(Red Star) is the only club I would have considered returning to Serbia for. I’m thankful and happy to be here.”
