WWE’s annual Money in the Bank pay-per-view is just around the corner now, and as usual, their will be two Money in the Bank ladder matches. Alexa Bliss will be announcing the participants for the men’s and women’s matches during Monday Night Raw this evening. Could she be announcing a ladder match for members of the NXT roster as well. According to Cageside Seats, a graphic showing the participants of the match has circulated online. This would be an unprecedented move from WWE as not only the match feature NXT performers, but it’s rare to see three Money in the Bank ladder matches on one show. It’s still just a rumor for now, but perhaps Bliss will make if official during Raw later tonight.
Although the Mae Young Classic tournament from last year featured a ton of outstanding female performers, Japanese in-ring veteran Meiko Satomura quickly became a fan-favorite in the tournament. Satormura dominated the majority of the tournament until she was eliminated in the semi-finals by Toni Storm. Satomura has not stepped into a WWE ring ever since that tournament, but Squared Circle Sirens says that she will be joining the WWE Performance Center this week as a special guest coach. Satomura has been wrestling ever since she was 14-years-old, and she has a ton of experience between the ropes. The NXT hopefuls in Orlando, Florida could definitely benefit by listening to Satomura’s teachings.

Unfortunately, it appears that a member of the NXT UK roster may have just gone down with an injury. Eddie Dennis informed his fans on Twitter this week that he has suffered a torn pectoral muscle. The injury actually happened back in March, but Dennis said that he would be undergoing surgery later today. Dennis competes for numerous UK promotions such as Attack!, PROGRESS, and the NXT UK brand for WWE. There is currently no word on how long Dennis is expected to be out of action for, but it hopefully won’t take too long for an update on his in-ring status to be provided. Dennis has been part of the NXT UK brand since just about the beginning, so hopefully it will not take too long for him to recover.
INJURY UPDATE:
Last Thursday I had my MRI results back which confirmed that my left Pectoral has torn off the humorous and surgery is required.
I am having said surgery tomorrow at 11.30 with the wonderful Dr. Polyzois. Following surgery I will begin a 6 month rehab process.
