Nick Hogan Fraud Lawsuit, Piper Pleads Not Guilty To DUI Charges & More

— Nick Hogan is suing Louis Adkinson and Damon Elliot for breach of contract and fraud after a business arrangement to start up a record label went bad. Back in January, Nick agreed to invest $50,000 to create “Confidential South, LLC.” According to the suit (filed in L.A. County Superior Court), Nick claims Adkinson and Elliot promised to invest $50,000 of their own money and told Nick he would get his money back if the music company was never formed. Not only did the record company never get off the ground, but nick alleges that the two charged over $80,000 on his American Express card without his permission. — “Rowdy” Roddy Piper was in court this morning and just plead not guilty to both charges he’s facing from his DUI arrest in Hollywood, California earlier this month. The WWE Hall of Famer was charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence (DUI) and one count of driving without a valid license. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine. The case will go back to court next month.
