Ligue 1 side Dijon have confirmed the hiring of 40-year-old former PSG and New York Red Bulls attacker Péguy Luyindula as a “strategic advisor”.
Dijon President Olivier Delcourt had the following to say on the announcement:
“I decided to make the call to Péguy Luyindula to help our club go to the next level and aspire to reach the highest level. He will bring his savviness and his experience in the sporting atmosphere, notably in terms of our players. Thanks to his network and his activities in the United States, we will be able to open ourselves up to new perspectives to develop the image of DFCO on a national, but also international scale.”
