On Monday afternoon, WWE announced a new title match for the upcoming WWE SummerSlam 2018 pay-per-view.
As noted, Drew Gulak recently won a number one contendership match for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, which is currently held by Cedric Alexander.
The Alexander-Gulak title match was made official by 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick in a video uploaded by WWE today (see above).
WWE SummerSlam 2018 takes place from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Sunday, August 19th.
