Former UFC champion Conor McGregor posted a congratulatory tweet to Becky Lynch for becoming WWE’s first double-champion following her main event victory at Wrestlemania. When a fan responded to the Notorious One with a picture of Chris Jericho holding two-belts, McGregor argued that the WCW title and the WWE title were not unified under a single promotion. Chris Jericho then budded in, claiming that at the time they were unified, and that he won both of them in one night, before calling McGregor a “mark.” See the exchange below.
Congrats to Irelands Becky Lynch, the WWE’s first Champ Champ.
Wow!
What a match these ladies put on! Ronda Rousey is something special in that ring, as is Charlotte Flair of the Flair dynasty!
Stephanie McMahon you are right, I could not do what these athletes do.
Or could I…— Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) April 8, 2019

Thanks for the explanation of the rules Champ Champ. But Both belts were won under the same organization, on the same night. Now quit being a mark and move along, junior. https://t.co/2HYkmdAI5i
