— In WWE’s latest case of “who you know,” Wes Brisco, the 25-year-old son of WWE Hall of Famer/producer Gerald Brisco is now training to be a wrestler in WWE’s developmental camp in Tampa, Florida. Brisco previously competed as a professional wakeboarder. It is said to be too soon to judge his potential seeing how he has no prior wrestling experience. — FCW Florida Heavyweight Championship Eric Escobar (Eric Perez) worked some SmackDown brand house shows over the weekend. At Sunday’s house show in Lexington, Kentucky, Escobar cut promos in both Spanish and English about how he is the best unknown wrestler in WWE. Kizarny interrupted the promo and had a match with Escobar losing. Escobar has been in WWE’s developmental system longer than anyone else by far — since September 2005 when Deep South Wrestling opened.
