– Last week, THQ announced the ‘complete’ roster for the upcoming WWE ’12 video game. According to a source at THQ, Trish Stratus, who was not listed last week, is confirmed for the game.
– Also rumored for the WWE ’12 game but not part of last week’s roster reveal is Brock Lesnar. A THQ employee recently wrote on Twitter that they have been working on a Brock Lesnar character model to be included in the game as a playable character.
– CM Punk’s new theme song “Cult of Personalit” will be included in the WWE ’12 game, as will a new “Create An Arena” feature where fans can design their own stage, banners and ringside area.
– A new gameplay video of WWE ’12 was released over the weekend featuring former WWE champions John Cena and CM Punk. As you can see below, the gameplay mechanics have come a long way from last year’s [final] SmackDown vs. RAW game:
