– WWE did not announce Brock Lesnar’s Summerslam opponent to the live crowd during the TV taping.
WWE will wait until the actual Smackdown broadcast this week to announce Brock’s opponent.
– Jerry Lawler officially returned to WWE as Smackdown announcer following his suspension.
Lawler was reinstated by WWE after being suspended indefinitely when he and his fiancee were arrested on domestic violence charges in June. The charges were dropped on Friday.
