One of the four clergymen from the Malankara Syrian Orthodox Church facing rape charges has surrendered before the Kerala Police.
Father Job Mathew, the second accused in the case surrendered at the DySP Office in Kollam after the Kerala High Court rejected the anticipatory bail application moved by the four accused. The court, however, dismissed the bail pleas stating that there was sufficient evidence available against the accused priests.
