PSG are in advanced negotiations to sign Fluminense midfielder Wendel, according to Globo Esporte.
The 19-year-old was a revelation in Brazil this year, targeted by Barcelona and FC Porto too.
A deal has been reached in principle for a fee worth €10m, a fee of €5m to be paid immediately and another €5m when the player actually joins PSG in January 2018.
Bonuses are also included in the deal on top of that, the specifics of which were largely all worked out at the weekend when Fluminense representatives were invited to the Parc des Princes to watch PSG vs Toulouse on Sunday.
