‘Boy Meets World’ Actress Remembers Big Van Vader; Sting, Mark Henry, Shelton Benjamin & More Comment

The outpouring of support for the late Leon White, aka Big Van Vader, has been absolutely tremendous since news first broke this morning of his unfortunate passing.

We’ve made multiple collections of all the lovely stories and sentiments being shared for the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion, including comments from Hulk Hogan, and most of the wrestling world. Even the cast of hit 90s series Boy Meets World have come out to show their love for a former cast member, as you can see below.

Vader was larger than life and could be intimidating upon first glance. But he was kind, warm, and funny. It was nice to relive our time in Anaheim together by reading this article from 2016. Thanks for the memories, V. #RIPVader https://t.co/nU79bMSlE9

As a teenager I was highly influenced by watching my idol @sting battle the juggernaut known as BIG VAN VADER. I never got a chance to meet @itsvadertime but I’ll never forget him. R.I.P sir.

So saddened to hear of the passing of Vader.
Leon was one of a kind, whether on the grid iron or in the ring.
I am proud to have been in the ring with him and lived to tell about it. Deepest sympathies to his family, friends and fans.

Loved working with Leon, loved the friendship I had with him for many years, and especially these last 8 months of his life. He will truly be missed. pic.twitter.com/32cWMdH2yX

RIP Vader
All the boys said he’d never let me wear his mask when we tagged. He was more than up for it-never forget him chuckling away on the apron, whilst I was in there “hehe this is good f’n shit!”..the following day I overhear him say “that match last night was the shits” 😂 pic.twitter.com/ynveVwqM8j
