In another horrifying case of negligence and apathy, a father carried his4-year-old daughter with four needles in her body and her mother carrying saline water on the bike, but the child didn’t survive. The parents had to vary their daughter on the bike because the local health centre refused them an ambulance.
The shocker took place In Ratlam in the state of Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday. Jeeja, the four year old girl was suffering from high fever and the local health centre had referred her to the big district hospital.
